5-Day String Warranty – If your string breaks under normal play within 5 days, we’ll replace it free of charge.
Note: Just send us a clear photo of where the string snapped (while still in the racket).

Pre-Stringing Inspection – we check every racket to ensure it’s in good condition before stringing.
